About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurse’s to work at our Woodport Aged Care Plus
Centre, to provide clinical supervision and be responsible for
coordinating the delivery of safe, effective and individualised care to our
care recipients.
The Centre is situated on the beautiful central coast of New South Wales, just
under an hour’s drive to the Sydney city.
About You
To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
- An
understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values
and ethos of The Salvation Army. - Current
unrestricted RN registration with Australian Health Practitioners
Regulation Agency - Demonstrated
aged care experience and provision of care plans - The
ability to work as part of a team and promote education and leadership in
aged care - Understanding
of and commitment to continuous quality improvement - An
understanding of Aged Care Accreditation and the Aged Care Funding
Instrument (ACFI) - Demonstrated
organisational and time management skills - Demonstrated
well developed computer and documentation skills
