Global dealer seeks
astute sales professional that has the contacts and the necessary technical
qualification to maximise growth within WA. With offices located all over
Australia, New Zealand and world they are at the fore front of design and
technology. Products consisting of heavy construction & Forestry equipment.
They provide key support to the customer delivering aftermarket and servicing
24hr plus constant upgrading to new products and attachments.

In this challenging
role you will be require

d to create a demand for assigned product, exceed goals
and budgets on a yearly basis, and maintain relationships as well as building
new business within the Perth WA markets. Providing expert practical and
technical service to clients through education, knowledge and enthusiasm is an
everyday requirement.  Working with the major Waste, recycling, forestyr
& quarry plus large construction companies like Thiess, Downers, Lieghtons,
BHP, RIO, Xstarta, Watpac, HITec, Boral  and hutchinsons. Your focus will
be on the growth of the product plus oversee and implement strategies in new
areas of product sales. With the market changing and new areas of growth you’re
to oversee constant growth for the products. We are looking for someone to have
contacts in the following key areas –

  • Fertilisers
    plants
  • Batching
    plants
  • Waste
    & Recycling
  • Timber
  • Quarries
  • Marine
  • Forestry
  • Mineral
    processing plants
  • Construction
  • Local
    Government & Councils  

Your outstanding
track record in new business sales distinguishes you from your
peers.  Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship
building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial
acumen.  You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic
business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach,
encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and
marketing strategies.  The focus to the role is to develop and deliver
high quality customer service and make mark in the industry.

Previous experience
selling heavey construction equipment is must. You will be working with some of
the biggest names in the industry. You have to be to understand the technical
lingo and build rapport from the first contact. Sales process can take anything
up to 4 years from some of the large applications. Willingness to travel throughout
Western Australia and have the determination to do the extra mile is the key to
your success.   

Upon this you will
be well remunerated with a lucrative base salary plus a fully maintained
company car, superannuation, and uncapped commission structure. You will be
working for the best of the best in the world you actions and how you conduct
business will be watched from around the world.
