Description: Sales/Marketing Manager – CG
Marketing Manager Job Purpose:
To market Luminarc all over TZ and to capture the untapped market. To manage,
coach and motivate a team of sales people. To ensure that the sales target is
met on a weekly basis.
Job Duties:
· To take the responsibility in achieving the goals
of the organization.
· Co-ordinating with CG team and to generate sales.
· Prepare the marketing/sales plan and implement
effectively.
· Market mapping and identifying the potential
market.
· To prepare a plan for increasing market
awareness.
· Planning and implementation of branding and other
marketing activities.
· Organising Upcountry market visits and other
promotional activities.
· To target and create B2B business opportunities.
· Liaising with ARC on POSM and other marketing
support.
Skills/Qualifications: To be innovative, good interpersonal
communication skills and leadership qualities.
Education & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail. 1-4 years
experience in managing a sales team. Degree or post graduate diploma in
Marketing
