Responsibilities:To build an effective sales team in the country
To manage an account sales team and sell products and services to target markets
To develop Company’s business activities within the Country
Actively involved in system developments and implementation to enhance the sales role within Country
Ensure that Account Managers follow sales strategies, sales policies, campaigns, etc set out by the GM
The Sales Manager has to deploy and managed resources allocated, work within the Sales Capacity Cost
To be pro-active in ensuring continuous information flow to and from the organisation with respect to all sales aspects, internal routines and legal regulations
The person is to optimise the company’s revenue and margin towards his/her customers for Company’s products and services
The Sales Manager will work closely with operation to deliver the performance AOP
Requirements:
Degree in business, marketing or technical
Good management skills
Must have relevant experience within similar positions in the shipping and marine industry
Good command of spoken and written English
Understanding of our business environment and culture
Ability to build and maintain relations with key stakeholders
Outgoing and encouraging personality
Ability and interest in ensuring quality and accuracy in structures, numbers and processes
Good communication skills; manage to communicate complex issues in a clear and understandable way
Result oriented
Computer literate
