Due to our rapid growth and expansion both locally and overseas, we are filling the following
positions:
Sales and Marketing Manager (Local)
Responsibilities
• Formulate Sales Planning Strategy to achieve Local Sales Target.
• Managing and keeping track of A&P budget and funds.
• Managing brands to ensure profitability through the execution of promotions.
• Implement marketing plan to ensure consistency of brand image and market share locally.
• Building relationship with customers and key account buyers.
• Liaising with various media agencies on the implementation of marketing campaign.
• Conduct Market Research and Surveys.
• Attending to customers’ enquiries and feedbacks.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a degree from a Business or Marketing discipline
• At least 3 years of Sales & Marketing related working experience in FMCG (Food industry is preferred)
• Confident and able to lead and motivate a Local Sales Team.
• Good team manager and motivator with strong interpersonal skill and leadership qualities
• An excellent communicator who is able to negotiate effectively in English and Mandarin.
