give strategic guidance and direction to the Board to ensure that the Company
achieves its mission and objectives
Direct
and control the work and resources of Sakaramenta to ensure that the Company is
providing the appropriate range and quality of products, Retain and recruit
well motivated, trained and developed staff to maintain quality products,
Develop and maintain Total Quality Management systems throughout the Company to
ensure that the Company complies with all health and safety and other statutory
regulations, Prepare a strategic plan and monitor progress against the plan to
ensure that the Company attaints its objectives as cost effectively and
efficiently as possible, Prepare progress reports to keep the Board aware of
Company developments, Establish and maintain effective formal and informal
links with major customers and relevant stakeholders, develop and maintain
research and development programmes to ensure that the Company remains at the
forefront in the industry, applies the most cost-effective methods and
approaches, and retains its competitive edge, Prepare annual budget and monitor
budget implementation to ensure that budget targets are met, Represent the Company
in negotiations with customers

Masters Degree in Business Administration, An Accounting qualification will be
an added advantage, At least 10 yrs experience at a senior level of managing
both resources and people, A proven record of success in senior level general
or commercial management, preferably in a related industry, A wide knowledge of
the industry and a very high level of commercial awareness, An understanding of
financial management and wider management principles and techniques
