Sails on Lavender Bay is an iconic North Sydney institution that has been in operation for well over 20 years. The restaurant was refurbished in 2008, taking on a sophisticated and contemporary new look.
Sails on Lavender Bay is perched on the shore of Sydney’s magnificent harbour and is only a 5 minute trip from the CBD by car or ferry.
The clientele include North Sydney business and residents as well as international visitors.
Strong upper end restaurant experience is needed as well as knowledge of Modern Australian Food and Australian and European wines. Applicants must have had at least 3 years of restaurant experience in fine dining establishments.
