Senior
Investment Analyst for Rwanda’s Sovereign Wealth Fund

The Agaciro
Development Fund (AGDF Corporate Trust Ltd) is Rwanda’s sovereign wealth
fund which was established by Rwandans in 2011.  The Fund is looking
to recruit a CFA charter holder with at least 5 years of experience in
investment analysis gained in an institutional fund management
environment. 

This is a key
analytical and developmenta

l role in a small, unique and growing sovereign
fund.  Agaciro, which receives voluntary contributions from the general
public and government, has recently joined the International Forum of Sovereign
Wealth Funds and will be investing more in professional staff, processes and
systems to meet the requirements of the Santiago Principles over the next few
years.

The Senior
Investment Analyst’s primary role is to evaluate potential investments in
bonds, equities and pooled funds available locally and in the EAC region, and
help manage AGDF’s portfolio against a set of benchmarks and guidelines. The
Analyst will also be expected to work with the CEO in developing good
relationships with market counterparties, external fund managers and potential
co-investors. 

This is a
high-profile and full-time position based in Kigali, with a renewable
three-year contract and a competitive remuneration package. Interested
