Rwanda Cooperative Agency as a Public Institution in charge of Promotion, Registration and Regulation of Cooperatives in the Country would like to recruit a qualified Rwandan to compete for the following position:
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure that those who steal, misappropriate and misuse funds and other resources of a Co-operative are punished and made to pay back to the Co-operative in accordance with Co-operative law without delay or prejudice;
• Handle administrative and penal cases professionally and expeditiously,
• Contentious and Arbitration of conflict cases within cooperatives or between Cooperatives.
• Represent DG in all litigation cases involving RCA.
Required skills and Qualifications
• Holding a Bachelor´s degree in Law
• Demonstrated knowledge in Conflicts and Disputes settlement;
• Fluent in English or French (and working knowledge of other);
• Strong computer skills (Ms word, Ms excel );
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
