The Rwanda
Biomedical Center/Medical Maintenance Center would like to recruit the Project Manager (1) in
Medical Maintenance Center Division. The Project
Manager will be under direct supervision of the
Head of
Division of Medical Maintenance Center Division (MMC).

Medical Maintenance Center Division (MMC)

Duties and
responsibilities:

Under the direct
supervision of Head of Medical Maintenance Center, the Project Manager will
have the following functional responsibilities.

  • Coordination
    of Action plan within MMC.
  • Ensure
    the implementation of the action plan.
  • Ensure
    the communication with partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring
    and reporting the financial and accounting requirement of the Programs and
    projects of Medical Maintenance Center.
  • Report
    the progress of the implementation programs and projects of the Medical
    Maintenance Center.
  • Monitoring
    of compliance with local laws and procedures for the implementation of
    programs and projects.
  • Co-ordination
    of procurement activities with all procurement entities associated with
    Medical Maintenance Center division.
  • Co-ordination
    of import of spare parts with suppliers and the necessary procurement
    support like customs clearance.
  • Determines
    appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate receipt and
    utilization of funds.
  • Perform
    any other duties requested by the supervisors.

Required
qualifications and expected skills:

  • Be a
    Rwandan by Nationality
  • At
    least a Bachelor’s degree in project management, public administration,
    finance, or any related field (master is an advantage)
  • More
    than 6 years in managing projects
  • Experience
    is desirable in data management and monitoring.
  • Proven
    experience in working with co- management of programs or projects from
    government or non government organizations.
  • Experience
    in collaboration with partners
  • Ability
    to organize and complete task
  • Strong
    ICT skills
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills.
