An exciting
opportunity now exists for
an experienced maintenance person with an excellent
work ethic to join out team at Kingsford-Smith Village, our retirement village
at North Richmond. The successful applicant will be the “go-to”
person for all maintenance related issues. Whether it be a squeaky door, a pool
filter replacement or painting a wall, you will be able to do it and more
importantly you will enjoy doing it! You will have a natural ability to engage
with people and will enjoy being involved in village life. This part-time
position is 24 hours per week over 3 to 5 days with the opportunity to increase
hours as the village continues to grow. .
