To support our
continuing growth we need another experienced and talented roster coordinator
to join Villa Maria Direct. This is an exciting opportunity be an integral
member of a team dedicated to ser

vicing the dynamic needs of older clients
living in the community throughout Victoria. You will handle competing and
changing priorities effectively with your strong organisational and negotiation
skills. You will be passionate about ensuring clients receive support that
enhances their well being and helps them achieve their goals. The role is based
in Wantirna – initially for a 12 month contract with possibility of ongoing.

To be successful you
will be proficient in client management software applications (ideally Carelink
+) and understand the importance of accurate and timely information. You will
have loads of energy, the ability to think laterally, multi-task, work well
under pressure and importantly have strong attention to detail. Prior
experience in rostering in the Community Aged or Disability Sectors is highly
desirable. Ability to work within a lively, highly functioning and mutually
supportive team environment is fundamental to this role.
