Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and help to ensure smooth day to day operations of the shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Property Manager/Operations Manager in compiling data for various reports due on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Prepare documents such as reports, memos, contracts and agreements.
• Other critical reports will comprise of sales reporting, traffic reporting and tenant insurance tracking.
• Will act as initial contact for tenant and customer inquiries.
• Assist Property Administrator with collections and billings.
• Preparing and managing non-profit, meeting room and miscellaneous income occupancy agreements.
• Coordinate inter-office staff meetings.
• Assist Marketing Coordinator in events and administrative duties as required.
• Assist Maintenance Department with events as required.
• Assist in all administrative duties under the direction of the Property Manager.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum three years experience in an administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Detail oriented.
Strong customer service skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of JDEdwards would be an asset.
