About REIAMA – The Renewable
Energy Industries Association of Malawi (REIAMA) is a fully registered grouping
of companies, individuals and NGOs that deal in or are interested in the
promotion of Renewable Energy Technologies. This is a dynamic,
association revived in November
2014 and boasts of more than 100 members
dealing in Solar, Biogas, Wind, Hydro and Biomass technologies
The Association wishes to employ
an Executive Director and a Finance Officer who will be running the Secretariat
on day-to-day basis. The posts are tenable in Lilongwe. The
Executive Director will be reporting to the Chairman of the Board of the
Association while the Finance Officer will be reporting to the Executive
Director
Develop and maintain a proper
Accounting System for the Association, Timely Preparation of Donor Funded
Financial Reports and Management Accounts, Preparation of Budgets and
Estimates, Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements, Maintain
accurate and Timely Cash Flow Statements, Receipt of funds from donors and
members and Maintenance of Cash Books
Must have Certificate or Diploma
in Accounting preferably under PAEC, Degree in Accounting is an added advantage
Must have at least 2 yrs experience in similar position
