You will be an experienced sales manager with an excellent, demonstrable track record of exceeding both personal and team targets. You must have at least 2 years of man management experience of sales professionals. This role will include the motivation, measurement and training of the sales force and previous experience is essential. You should be a pro-active team player who is capable of getting the very best of those that you manage.
