- Welcomes
visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or
referring inquiries. - Directs
visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving
instructions. - Maintains
security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor
badges. - Security
receptionists use exceptional observation and decision-making skills to
protect the security of an establishment by monitoring visitor activity
and watching for suspicious behaviour,responsible for inspecting bags and
packages and performing surveillance,signing visitors in and out,
enforcing access control procedures, assisting with mail deliveries.
Requirements
- Candidates
should possess minimum of O’level qualification. - This
position is opened for Female applicants around Maryland, Ojota, Ketu,Mile
12, Oregun, Ikeja, Iyanapaja,and environs.
