Location – South Melbourne
Salary – $50+ neg for right candidate

Candidate profile – This opportunity will suit an experienced
Receptionist looking to step up into an exciting corporate professional
services role. You will bring 3+ years Reception or Personal / Executive
Assistant experience and be very motivated about securing your spot in a
beautiful and polished office setting. As our client’s first point of call, you
must enjoy setting a good example for patience, reliability and courtesy. If
you don’t love reception and all it has to offer, this will not be the right
spot for you.

This role will include a blend of standard receptionist functions, as well as
some interesting and varied duties where required. We have a lovely office
space, comprising highly professional sales and admin support team
members.

Reporting to the Managing Director your daily duties will include

  • Ensuring
    our incoming callers and visitors receive the red carpet treatment
  • Meeting
    and liaising with a high number of corporate clients and visitors
  • Coordinating
    functions, meetings and board room activities
  • Assisting
    internal administrative staff on customer service and support issues
  • Oversee
    the day to day activities of the reception area, ensure it is clean and
    spotless at all times
  • Daily
    incoming and outgoing mail
  • Stationery
    ordering and utility management
  • Liaising
    daily with our sales staff, both internal and external
  • Regular
    contact with our suppliers and real estate industry network partners
  • Ensure
    office internal contact information is distributed and up to date
 Non
daily activities will include
  • Work
    on special projects and giving ad-hoc assistance to various staff 
  • Collating
    market activity on special interest areas as directed from internal staff
    from time to time
  • Being
    involved in event management
