located in Cheltenham / Highett area and has 25 staff in various
sections of the factory. They need a person with excellent people skills and an
understanding of production manufacturing.

Your role as a Assistant Manager
is to assist the GM in further advancing the business. Your job spec will
be to ensure efficient factory production, oversee equipment operation and
tooling, establish cost savings, oversee factory personnel, assist in
estimating and costing’s and ensure running of quality systems.

We need a hands on person that doesn’t
mind getting on the shop floor to see how things are done and how systems are
working and then use your skills to improve.

A salary of 80k plus super will be
