Position: Senior Customer Service Executive
Salary: $3,500 – $3,800 with AWS and Variable Bonus
Duties:
• To build good rapport with customers and provide support through various marketing activities
• To handle trading business with overseas customers
• Negotiate and Organize / chair meetings with suppliers or customers
• To manage demand and supply
• Manage & expand team business
• Data compilation and report generation
• Report sales performance analysis to Japan and respective parties.
• Manage and supervise sales coordinators in daily administrative duties
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in business management, marketing or related field
• At least 3 – 5 years of working experience preferably in Trading industry
• Good negotiation, analytical skill, interpersonal and communication skills
• Only Singaporeans and PR need apply
