1.Administration Assistant

1.1.Job Purpose
The Administration Assistant is responsible for
providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and
efficient operations at the institute

1.2.Key Accountabilities
•Type correspondence, reports and other documents
•Maintain office files and website
•Take and distribute council meeting minutes
•Knowledge of council and committee systems
•Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping
procedures

•Ability to maintain high level of accurate
confidentiality concerning financial and employee and member files

•Coordinate repairs to office equipment.

1.3.Qualifications:
•Diploma in Administration, Marketing, Human
Resources or any related field

•Mature Individual
•Previous experience in related field
•Flexible working hours
