Job description:
Our client, a leading provider of Quality solutions to clients in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries, currently has a vacancy for a Quality Engineer. This is a six month contract role based in Galway.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Line Support Quality Engineer responsible for a Top Assembly (Finished Goods manufacturing line).
The requirement would be 3-5 years experience in the medical device business with experience in Operations Quality support.
Dealing with Non-conformance events and reporting.
Control on non-conforming product
Dealing with material issues as they arise on line or with vendors or during the Incoming Inspection process
Experience of CAPA Project ownership and leading change and improvement
Experience of a paperless manufacturing environment would be an advantage while not essential
Experience of working as part of a small team of Manufacturing Eng, Quality Eng and Supervisor along with the Core Team of Process Tech, Quality Tech Supervisor and Trainer
