Selection
Criteria:
Criteria:
- Experience
as Medical Receptionist (General Practice Preferred but not essential) - Must
be available – Monday to Friday & flexible to work on weekend (if
required) - Must
be a permanent resident or citizen. - Patient
Triage, attention to detail & be able to multitask - Well
developed interpersonal, communication & computer skills. - Experience
in Medical Director and Prac soft or similar, Medicare billings knowledge. - Basic
management experience
Duties

- Meeting
& Greeting patients - Answering
phone calls & making appointments - Entering
& scanning patient’s data & documents - Opening
& Closing procedures of the practice
