Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Covent Garden, London
Salary: up to 60k, plus a bonus entitlement of up to 15k per annum and pension

With nearly sixty years’ experience in providing languages courses and teacher training programmes International House London (IHL) welcomes over 7000 language students from 150 countries each year. The role of Director of Sales & Marketing will be central to our continued growth, development and success moving forward. Working with the CEO and assisted by the Sales & Marketing Team you will lead on the ongoing development of a sales and marketing strategy for the London School, converting strategy to tactics, ensuring individuals and teams are focused on doing the most effective activities to hit ambitious targets.
With a proven and demonstrable background within sales and sales leadership, you will be target-focused and willing to drive a culture of strong performance management and customer service, exceeding sales targets for our core and newly developed products. You will also look to review our sales approach across the whole portfolio, looking for new and innovative approaches to the direct recruitment of students as well as working with agents and partners.
IHL has recently extended its product range into the Young Learner market and broadened its range of blended training products, and the focus of the role will be to increase the sales of our existing core products, whilst developing markets for newly developed products.
