Project Resource Partners,Lean/Six Sigma Practitioner Job Vacancy in Australia

With a focus on providing process change with their
Infrastructure division, this large organisation is seeking multiple Lean/six
sigma Practitioners. The main purpose of this role is to help the client
generate business impact through process improvement and creation of a smarter
more efficient infrastructure process within its maintenance teams.

To be considered for this role, you must have the
following skills and experience:

Proven ability to engage and build stakeholders
relationships
Significant experience of end-to-end Lean
manufacturing projects
Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and
present your findings and recommendations effectively
Demonstrated experience in areas of risk and
quality processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with process improvements
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Facilitation of workshops

You will be required to communicate, support and
provide expertise in all aspects of lean management systems including process
design, observation and visual management across manufacturing operations.
Naturally you will possess the passion, drive, communication and influencing
skills necessary to lead and inspire. Those candidates with prior experience
within the transport or automotive industry will be highly regarded.
