clients has a requirement for a Level 2 Support Analyst/Developer with
clients has a requirement for a Level 2 Support Analyst/Developer with
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a deep understanding
of their ERP software applications (previous ERP experience a
plus) - Apply this knowledge and your proven ability
to research, diagnose and solve problems by fixing software issues to
provide timely Level 2 problem resolution services to their
customers - Liaise with professional services staff
and clients - Design and build modifications and work with
other members of the development team in developing new products - Maintain application systems in PROGRESS cha
& gui - Bug fixes, enhancements and phone support
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a
support/development role - Strong PROGRESS applications programming
skills - An undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Good written and verbal communication
skills - Strong attention to detail combined with
thoroughness of method - Customer focussed
