Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
o To source and acquire Furniture, Fixtures & Equipments (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipments (OS&E) suitable for hotel’s inventory and design concept
o Meet or communicate with vendors both locally and overseas, to negotiate pricing, product specification for approval
o Adhering to procurement procedures and to work closely with accounts payable on payment arrangements to vendors
o Initiating and keeping track of orders; receiving; inspecting and distributing orders
o Coordinate purchased delivery and shipments to designated properties
Job Requirements:
o Minimum 2 years of experience in hotels and/or resorts establishment (prior experience in opening projects is an added advantage)
o Flair for interior designing and good knowledge of FF&E and OS&E used by hotels
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Ability to work as a team player with strong administrative skills
o Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently
o Familiar with procurement, warehousing and shipping terms
