Our Client, an Established Company requires Presales Manager/Director (Telecommunications Network)
To provide leadership in developing, managing, and growing the professional services business and practice in ASEAN. He/She will provide world-class pre-sales support to encompass the full portfolio of services and product. Work with the sales team in solution selling to maximise the sale of products and services and in growing the accounts. He/she will lead in the design of innovative solutions for the customers.
Experience
• Must have strong experience in running a department of technical, consulting or project management staff.
• Strong technical/Pre-sale consulting experience including but not limiting to initiation, development and implementation of concepts, solutioning, and architecting.
• Either Degree (or equivalent) in relevant technical discipline or post-school education and substantial technical sales support experience in the networking industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in IPVPN (MPLS), ATM, Frame-Relay, legacy voice, IP Telephony, Voice over Data (IP/ATM/FR) networks and LAN infrastructures.
• Domain expert in global network solutions, voice/telephony services (including Contact Centre, IVR, IPT), Voice & Data convergence and network optimization.
• P&L management skills
• Broad understanding of the technical and business issues associated with the networking industry
• Record of strong people management skills (for the Director post)
• ITIL certification
• Technical certification in relvant technologies (e.g CCIE, CCDP, etc)
• A good understanding of ITIL & experience in crafting managed services solution is an advantage.
