Role Specific Requirements:
•Directly supervise overall functioning and performance to maximize sales
•Provide adequate advance notices to management on stocks and debtors
•Lead and manage sales force
•Perform adhoc responsibilities as directed
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification:
•First degree in mechanical or electric engineering from a recognized university
•MBA will be a plus
•5 years work experience with 3 years in a similar role
•Good oral and written communication
•Excellent leadership qualities.
•Strong IT background in MS suite
