Role Specific Requirements:
• Ensure that internal controls are functional and adequate
• Support co-ordination of the Crisis Management activities and processes to successfully manage incidents
• Effective identification and assessment of business risks
• Assess top risks at a half year basis
• Maintain the Business Risk Register and ensure that other activities within the framework are completed effectively
• Review new products and services
• Effective and regular testing of the Business Continuity and Crisis Management process to ensure understanding and operational effectiveness
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification:
• 5 years experience with 3 years in a similar role
• Relevant degree from a recognised institution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of and appreciation for Business Continuity & Crisis Management
• Previous Security & Risk experience in the Telecommunication Industry
• Strong consulting skills and ability to work independently
