Plan International has been working in Rwanda

through United Communities, Right to Youth Economic Security through Active

Kayonza, Rwamagana, Bugesera and Nyaruguru. Plan International Rwanda has
recently entered into partnership with UNHCR as partner implementing Sexual
& Gender Based Violence Responses and Child protection in all Refugees
Camps across the country.

Job summary
The Sponsorship Data Entry Clerk achieves
data entry tasks with regard to sponsorship activities (individual files, gifts
and donors’ contributions) in order to keep an accurate and updated view of
resources and beneficiaries as well as to properly feed Plan International
central database.

Key Sponsorship related
- Ensure
availability and timely submission of all communications for the assigned
monthly caseload - Ensure
that all SC files are available - Ensure
that SC communications are filed within one week - Coordinate
with all CDFs in opening new files for all SCs whose files are missing. - Ensure
that each SC has a complete file i.e. there is no any questionnaire being
misfiled. - Send
films for development as well as receiving films from CO to be sorted - Keep
on good tracking of cameras, films and batteries. - Acknowledge
receipt and manages the distribution of gifts and sponsors’ contributions,
in cash and in nature; in the latter case, care for storage.
Data Entry
● With support of various integrated data
collection systems, introduce all relevant data concerning actual and potential
beneficiaries (photographs, child’s profile, ID coordinates) in the
international database through PU server and cares for efficient filing.
