As
Business Development Manager, you will hold responsibility for managing the
Business Development Unit, identifying funding opportunities in line with Plan
Malawi’s Country Strategic Plan and program priorities.

will focus on raising the country program funding portfolio, while supporting
Plan Malawi to enhance its image among donors and national offices.

will also be responsible for writing grant proposals in close coordination with
the program team, as well as strengthening systems and processes for effective
grant management and compliance.
