My Canning Vale client is well known for specialising in design and manufacture of bearings, joints and isolators for bridges and other engineering structures. It was the first Australian manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic packings and seals and is now the nation’s largest producer.
Due to further growth and demand, a position has become available within the warehouse for an experienced Store Person.
Your role as Store Person plays a vital key to the smooth running of operations of this business. Your main priorities will consist of:
• Forklift operating
• Picking and packing of small and large goods
• Dispatch
• Computer related tasks
• Adhoc warehouse duties
To be successful for this position you will need to have strong work history within a Stores environment and longevity in past employment. A flair for computer systems would be highly advantageous coupled with an enthusiastic attitude and self-motivation.
Initially this role will start out as a temporary position although you will be consistently working a 38 hour week with the view to go permanent.
You will be working for a large national organisation who provide genuine career development opportunities and get to work alongside a very friendly bunch of people. Large kitchen facilities and free parking are available and your hourly pay rate will be $22 per hour + super + opportunity for OT.
