client is a boutique operator in the Perth market with strong core team,
industry networks and a cornered market sector. With support from their large
interstate offices, they are seeking to further expand their continually
growing Perth operation by adding a Principal / Senior Electrical Engineer to
their team.

As
the Lead Electrical Engineer in a team
the Lead Electrical Engineer in a team
of two, you will be responsible for
managing all facets of the project lifecycle from the development of fee
proposals through to design, site activities, fiscal management, client
management and so on. In addition, working closely with the State
Manager, you will be tasked with further developing existing business
relationships by applying your technical expertise to multi-discipline
commercial buildings projects. You will also have a key involvement in day to
day operations of the business.
You
must hold a relevant tertiary engineering qualification ideally with between 8
– 12 years’ building services consulting experience (local preferred). You will
have proven turnkey project experience and be able to clearly demonstrate
successful project delivery. You will have exposure to leading small teams,
project management, client relationship development and financial reporting on
projects. Strong industry networks will be highly regarded but not essential.
You will be self-motivated and pro-active in your approach to any given task
and require minimal input in project delivery.
