Who are we looking for?
An experienced Senior E-Learning Developer to help create
innovative, e-Learning content using HTML5 CS5, Flex/Flash Builder and AS3.
Ideally using HTML5 to produce mobile e-Learning and take a creative approach
to the development of e-learning content.

What are you responsible for?
- Develop
content from provided outlines, storyboards, and scripts for self-paced
eLearning modules. - Build
e-Learning modules, graphics, and other multimedia resources. - Design
e-Learning templates and frameworks for web and mobile delivery. - Create
graphics, animations, videos, and other visual elements. - Work
with project managers and management team to fulfill project requirements,
milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. - Work
with Content Development team to develop and program SCORM compliant
Flash, ActionScript, HTML /HTML5, Javascript, JSP, AJAX and JQuery based
e-Learning, using industry leading authoring tools and development
techniques to program interactivity in eLearning courses. - Design
and develop interactive e-Learning content including learning objectives,
simulation scenarios, graphical arts, animations and audio, video and
assessments. - Develop
e-Learning modules using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Presenter, Articulate
Storyline or other course authoring tools. - Create
attractive and intuitive interfaces to accomplish the goals of the content
written by the Instructional Designer (ID). - Utilize
design and media technology to help visually communicate complex ideas and
procedures. - Demonstrate
a general understanding of trends within the online learning field, and
appropriately select and design/develop learning opportunities using the
existing emerging technologies and authoring tools. - Perform
needs assessment, lesson analysis, develop objectives, write storyboards,
prepare scripts/record audio, and compile appropriate lessons into online
learning. Analyze storyboards and make recommendations for proper
interactive and development strategies. - Troubleshoot
and test multimedia formats for SCORM/LMS, PC, Mac, and web delivery. - Configures,
deploys, and tests SCORM e-Learning content. - Publishes,
uploads, and maintains files on ftp site and LMS. - Expert
Knowledge of web standards and trends with experience in cross browser
compatibility and testing. - Ability
to offer innovative, creative solutions for organizational problems.
What do you need?
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Multimedia Design,
Technology or equivalent. - Minimum three years experience in developing e-Learning in
the above tools and strong e-Learning design / development experience. - Present
a portfolio of work that demonstrates well-executed, persuasive, and smart
creative solutions based on business objectives, on request. - Extensive
knowledge of e-Learning, and other development programs and languages
including; JavaScript, HTML, HTML 5, CSS3 and/or AS3, Adobe Flash,
ActionScript 2/3, JSP, AJAX, jQuery, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Audio editing
software, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Articulate, Adobe Connect, Acrobat and
Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience
of translating PowerPoint decks into script. - Knowledge
of SCORM/AICC and Learning Management System operation. - Adapt
quickly and easily to changing requirements and needs from clients and be
able to manage a small development team. - Team
player who is strategic, persuasive, flexible, adaptable, and
collaborative in a goal-oriented organization, characterized by
entrepreneurial energy. - Manage
multiple priorities and project deadlines. - Proven
ability to build strong working relationships. - Collaborative,
comfortable in a client centric environment. - Strong
technical aptitude and ensure quality control throughout the project
lifecycle. - Strong
oral and written communications skills with the ability to work across
multiple areas of a company and industries and with a willingness to share
ideas and contribute to a collaborative effort. - Excellent
analytical and troubleshooting skills.
