and Maintaining allocated Mobile Products and Services within the Clients CFU
portfolio.

new innovative products, also aiding in finalisation of the AOP product
development pipeline for Networks.
The
right candidate would have to have the following skills

- Telecommunication
experience - 5
years’ experience managing a team of engineers - Knowledge
of Six Sigma methodology & Change management methodology - Previous
experience in Product delivery - Excellent
workshop and facilitation skills - Strong
risk assessment and project management skills, experience of different
project methodologies - Understanding
of the Capability Maturity Model and its application to business processes
- Strong
leadership, analytical, facilitation, negotiation and team dynamic skills
are highly desirable - Extensive
(Typically 10+ years) experience in delivering Telco, Business, IT or
application projects - Technical
knowledge of architecture, IT infrastructure and network management
concepts - Manage
business changes that could have significant impact to revenue and
customer satisfaction, while assuring quality and accuracy
