Partners In Health/Inshuti Mu Buzima Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator Job Vacancy in Rwanda


Partners In Health/Inshuti Mu Buzima is a Harvard-affiliated international NGO
that has partnered with the Government of Rwanda to strengthen the health
system and support poverty reduction initiatives in rural Rwanda since 2005.

PIH/IMB is seeking outstanding candidates for the following positions. Female
candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
Reports to: Kirehe District Director/Monitoring and Evaluation Director
Location: Kirehe

Overall responsibility;
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator is responsible for
supporting the M&E department in all M&E-related activities taking place in Kirehe District. The M&E
Coordinator reports directly to the Kirehe District Clinical Director who works closely with the Associate
Director of M&E, the coordinator’s technical supervisor. The responsibilities of the M&E
Coordinator are as follows:

 Education and Skills required
• AO in fields of Monitoring and Evaluation, Management, Public Health,
Economic
• At least 2 years of experience is similar field
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda, French is a plus
• Experience with working in healthy sector field would be an added advantage
