The
MESH-QI Manager will work directly with the MESH-QI Program Director to support
the implementation of the Mentoring and Enhanced Supervision and Quality
Improvement at Health facilities (MESH-QI) program in Kayonza, Kirehe and
Burera districts.

Create and/or strengthen QI committees across IMB supported districts.

Coordinate with clinical program directors (technical advisors) to develop or
revise mentoring and QI tools.

Assist with sphere-specific activities, as needed, to ensure the smooth running
of the program, including technical assistance and training of supervisors,
data quality assurance, etc.

In collaboration with the training department and clinical programs, coordinate
clinical training workshops to address identified training needs for health

Ensure the availability of reporting tools, patient management forms,

Qualifications :
•
Master’s degree in public health or related field OR Bachelors degree with a
2-5 years hands-on clinical experience in clinical program management within a
rural health care setting.

Advanced knowledge in implementing quality improvement and mentorship programs
