• Trading palmoil futures and paper markets profitably.
• Expand existing physical palmoil program into selected destinations.
• Work closely with global vegetable oils team.
Principal Responsibilities (can be daily tasks):
Trading palmoil futures and paper markets profitably along with maintain and build on existing customer relations and build new customer contacts in specific destinations.
Competences and skills
• Proven independent trading skills (previous pnl responsibility)
• Physical palmoil shipping experience
• Customer contacts / access in destinations
• Interpersonal skills – network in the palmoil trading community
• Creativity and initiative
Educational level & experience required
• min 5 years of vegoil trading and shipping experience.
• University level
• Good Statutory Knowledge and application of such knowledge and at least 5 years experience with sea-shipments and know-how of standard contracts (e.g. GAFTA/FOSFA)
• Commercial vision and logistical know-how
• Good communication skills: able to communicate with internal and external parties
• Good written and spoken English (bahasa a plus)
