Must

International development, Ch

field, Strong understanding of a systems approach to child protection
programming, Community mobilisation skills, including networking/coordination
among different local partners, Demonstrated training and group facilitation
skills, Demonstrated skills to work with children, Good time management and organisational skills, Good interpersonal and
communication skills, Good computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and
email, At least 3 yrs of experience working in child protection: including
child protection programme design, implementation and monitoring, staff
training and coaching, Experience in INGO project planning and implementation
