Legal Officer / Counsel

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on tenancy matters, joint ventures, franchising, investment projects as well as general legal matters
• Drafting, reviewing of agreements, contracts and other legal documents related to the Group’s activities
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a good law degree and at least 3 years post qualifying experience including corporate work in a large commercial company or law firm.
• Effectively bilingual, computer literate and possess good communication skills
