Oxfam
Rwanda programme has developed its Country Strategy 2015 – 2020. Oxfam in
Rwanda has identified interventions which align with its mission – to ensure
that poor women, men and youth enjoy equal rights and benefit from fair and
inclusive development-. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the Rwandan
context, Oxfam delivers a combination of programme interventions and advocacy
and influencing activities to drive outcomes. Oxfam intervenes in three main
sectors in Rwanda namely: Participatory Governance, Sustainable Livelihoods and
Gender Justice.

Oxfam
is looking for eligible and qualified bidders for construction of 2 water
storage tanks of 50 m³ in masonry stones in Mahama Refugees Camp, Kirehe
District.

If
you are a legitimate construction company and interested in this tender you
should submit:

An
offer letter of submission in accordance with this tender
A
filled Bill of Quantities (BoQ) with costing expressed in Rwandan francs,
Plan
of implementation of activities
The
tender should be duly signed, dated, sealed and stamped by your company;
Photocopy
of trade license of your company;
A
valid and original tax clearance certificate or as a certified copy of the
Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA);
At
least three certificates of completion for similar services rendered;

should be submitted in three (3) hard copies in sealed
