The role Put simply, Integrating Logistics into Project Planning and Management (ILPPM) is about making the working lives of staff in Oxfam’s global offices simpler, and helping them to work smarter by improving processes they follow and using information systems. This is a key position, responsible for providing a variety of project support to the team delivering this capability. The scope of the role is extensive. From ensuring the smooth running of the office, to arranging visas, insurance and health checks for staff travelling overseas, to supporting communications and work on e-learning content, you’ll have a big part to play in ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Ultimately, you will be supporting an initiative that will really change the way we and other NGOs work.

What we’re looking for As an experienced administrator, you’ll be highly organised and have a proven ability develop basic administrative systems and to manage a wide range of work in a fast and effective manner. In addition to excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills, we’d also like to see an interest in learning new computer skills, particularly around the area of online learning. Qualities like flexibility and adaptability are essential. And so are strong communication skills, ideally including the ability to speak French, Spanish or Portuguese as an additional language.
