Outbound Sales Advisor Job Vacancy in Glasgow

HR Consultancy is currently recruiting Outbound Sales Advisor for this professional financial services organisation based in the city centre. In this role you will conduct well constructed outbound sales calls potential customers that have been pre-screened by the outbound Lead Generation team and have already expressed an interest in the products.

You will:
• To use all available sources to assess leads and obtain all relevant information for a successful sale
• To identify and advise the client of his / her options and discuss the options with the client
• Send application to client and follow up to gain completed application and details
• To ask relevant and appropriate questions of the customer in order to identify and maximize cross sales opportunities

Role Requirements:
• Proven outbound sales experience
• Experience of working within a financial services environment is preferred but not essential
• Communicates technical detail to a ‘less technical’ customer audience

You must be flexible to work Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm.
