POLICY
– What we expect?
·
Wear your ID badge in a visible place on the outside of your clothing
·
Always show up to the fulfillment centre in a CLEAN and empty vehicle, ready to
be packed
·
Pack your vehicle with first deliveries near the trunk, last deliveries near
the driver’s seat
·
Do not keep any chemicals (like window washer fluid) in any position where it
could possibly spill or contaminate the boxes
·
Keep your car at a cool temperature at all times
·
Boxes are to be kept in the upright position at all times, always packed and
carried so they do not get jostled. The food is extremely fragile cargo.
·
When the customer answers the door, smile, hand them the box and say “Hi!
Here’s your Organics Live delivery!” – try to sense if they want you to carry
it in for them, or not. Never enter a customer’s home without specifically
being invited
·
When a customer does not answer the door, ring again, wait 60 seconds and leave
the box and take a picture of it. Always check the sheet for specific delivery
instructions. Wrap it in plastic in inclement weather. Keep the picture on your
camera for one week.
·
Never, ever open a box. If a sticker seal comes off a box, discreetly replace
it with a new one in the back of your vehicle before delivery
·
No smoking in the vehicle or near the boxes at any time
·
No wearing of perfume, hand lotion, cologne, anything scented at all on
delivery days. This is extremely important. Try to avoid wearing leather, if
possible and absolutely no real fur
·
Always have your phone FULLY charged and or carry a phone charger with you at
all times. We need to be able to contact you.
