established strong ties with quite a few of major Australian developers. OIA
also has its own property management with 10 years in experience and an
Australian leading mortgage brokage team.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and
dedicated person to join our Accounts Team. Working closely with the Company
Accountant in all areas of Accounts and Administration, your day will be varied
with multiple tasks but not limited to:
–         
Full function Accounts receivable and payable
–         
Data Entry and Sales order processing
–         
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
–          General
Administration
–         
Payroll support
–         
Other duties as required including filing, assistance with Customer Service
About You
You are an experienced book keeper and
administrator with advanced MYOB skills. You have several years within similar
roles, managing the general book keeping for small to medium businesses.
You must have experience in a smiliar role within
the Real Estate industry
You are well organised with strong communications
skills and a keen eye for detail.
Positive and enthusiastic, you are self-motivated
and enjoy working within a small team.
