A  Senior Litigation Legal Secretary position has become available within
the Banking/Insolvency Litigation department of this sought after and fast
expanding National mid-tier law firm!  This is your chance to show
off your exceptional organisational and legal secretary skills whilst
supporting a Senior Level Partner and two other Lawyers.

This extremely busy, senior level Partner will appreciate your efforts and
hard work in managing her diary and keeping her organised, as well as working
on the legal matters for her and two of the Lawyers in her team, both of who
are also said to be great to work for. 

You will be well-suited to this role if you hold a few years’ experience as a
Legal Secretary in a Litigation environment, having been in a busy role with a
high volume of active Litigation files.

To be considered for this excellent senior level Legal Secretary / PA
opportunity, you will have a confident and cheerful personality;good knowledge
of various Court jurisdictions and Court procedures;be well organised and able
to prioritise your work when busy; enjoy speaking with clients; and like to
have a degree of autonomy in your work eg drafting documents and correspondence
and “holding fort” when the Lawyers are at Court.  You’ll also
need good typing, Word and billing skills and have a sharp eye for detail,
especially when preparing Court documents.
