Team Administrative Specialist to start as soon as possible.

Your
Duties
Duties
- Responsible
for the roll-out and maintenance of weekly key performance indicators in
PowerBI and Google Docs - Coordinate
with the TUBURA Tech team and the Operation Supports Officers (OSOs) as
necessary - Assist
the Team and Performance Lead in field-testing materials through focus
groups - Generate
materials for our field team using Mail Merge, Macros, Report Builder, and
PowerBI. - Some
translation work may be required throughout the season

communication Skills - Fluent
in English and Kinyarwanda - 3-5
years’ work experience - Good
communicator and fast learner - Demonstrated
computer skills in email, internet usage and Microsoft Word, Powerpoint,
and Excel - Quick
typing skills - Previous
experience with PowerBI, Mail Merge, Macros, ReportBuilder preferred.
