One Acre Fund – Tubura is a social enterprise that
serves smallholder farmers with a bundle of training, inputs and credit.
Currently, we serve 60,000 Rwandan farmers, under the brand ‘Tubura’. We do not
give handouts, but ask farmers to invest in their future through participating
in our program. Their investment in modern agricultural techniques increases
their harvest. To further equip Tubura to make Rwandan smallholder farmers more
prosperous, we are looking for applicants that are driven, hardworking, and
have successful professional records to fulfill different roles on our

special innovations projects. Tubura works to ensure that our farmers get the
highest return on their investment, which means that we must identify, verify
and launch excellent products and services that significantly impact farmer
prosperity. A New Products Manager would aid in the research of potential new
service package offerings to make certain that our farmers have access to the
best, most impactful technologies.
