at the Prestigious Spring Racing Carnival.
Performers with
the following tricks up their sleeve are invited to audition:
A La Carte Waiters
Banquet and Function
Staff
Bar Staff and
Baristas
Supervisory
roles may arise for suitable candidates.
To be eligible to
work with us at the 2016 Melbourne Cup Carnival you must have:
- Availability
to work on the following event days: - Saturday
29th October 2016, - Tuesday
1st November 2016, - Thursday
3rd November 2016, - Saturday
5th November 2016;
The
following will be required:
5* Hospitality experience (min 2 yrs)
Victorian RSA Certificate – current
Engaging personality and positive attitude
Immaculate personal presentation
Black trousers, white men’s shirt, black tie
