Hospitality and Events are searching for STAR PERFORMERS to join our winning
stable at the prestigious MELBOURNE CUP CARNIVAL and multiple Events and
Functions right through till Xmas.

The 2013 Spring Racing Carnival is an experience not to be missed. Racing
FEVER grips Melbourne with a burst of colour and energy and delivers a power
packed schedule of events.

We are looking for staff to work in the following areas with Melbourne’s
most respected team:

 A La Carte
Waiters and Wine Waiters

 Banquet
and Function Staff

 Baristas –
High Volume

 Bartenders – Taps and Cocktail

 Supervisory
roles will also arise for suitable candidates over Carnival.

To join our fantastic team and be a part of action…you will have:

 Excellent
Hospitality Industry exp – min 2 yrs

 THU 7th
NOV availability A MUST

 A
Current VIC RSA Certificate

 Good food,
beverage and service knowledge
